General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Auréva Global

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Auréva Global in the field of event production, staffing, and entertainment.

They apply to all business relationships with clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

Auréva Global provides services including, but not limited to:

* Event planning and production

* Provision of event staff (e.g. models, hosts, promoters)

* Organization of entertainment and performers

The exact scope of services is defined in the respective agreement or offer.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded once the client confirms an offer provided by Auréva Global (in writing or electronically).

All offers are non-binding until confirmed.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms:

* 50% advance payment upon booking

* 50% final payment before the event or within the agreed timeframe

Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

5. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

* Provide all necessary information in a timely manner

* Ensure access to the event location

* Cooperate with Auréva Global during planning and execution

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery and may result in additional costs.

6. Changes and Additional Services

Any changes or additional requests beyond the agreed scope may result in additional costs.

These must be confirmed by both parties.

7. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation by the client:

* Up to 14 days before the event: 50% of total fee

* Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of total fee

Already incurred costs (e.g. bookings, third-party services) will be charged in full.

8. Liability

Auréva Global is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, in accordance with applicable law.

Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded where legally permissible.

9. Third-Party Services

Auréva Global may engage third-party providers (e.g. performers, venues, suppliers).

Auréva Global is not liable for the performance of third parties, unless required by law.

10. Force Majeure

Auréva Global is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters

* Government restrictions

* Strikes or unforeseen disruptions

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies.

Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where legally permissible.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Diese AGB gelten für alle Leistungen von Auréva Global im Bereich Eventproduktion, Personalvermittlung und Entertainment.

2. Leistungen

Auréva Global erbringt insbesondere:

* Eventplanung und -durchführung

* Bereitstellung von Eventpersonal

* Organisation von Entertainment

3. Vertragsschluss

Ein Vertrag kommt durch Bestätigung eines Angebots zustande.

4. Zahlung

* 50% Anzahlung

* 50% vor Event

5. Stornierung

* bis 14 Tage: 50%

* unter 14 Tage: 100%

6. Haftung

Haftung nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit.

7. Gerichtsstand
